The Accolent ERP Cloud ERP Software Platform is deployed with a best-practices SaaS architecture in the AWS public Cloud. The Accolent ERP Cloud ERP Software Platform consists of auto-scalable, load-balanced front-end EC2 Web Servers, auto-scalable, load-balanced EC2 Application Servers, centralized Redis ElastiCache and back-end RDS databases. Each customer is implemented in a separate database and no customer data is ever co-mingled. We maintain 30 days of database snapshots and the Accolent ERP software allows users to easily create additional backups on AWS S3 and EBS. The application is delivered using the AWS CloudFront CDN, behind an AWS Web Application Firewall with a threat detection service that continuously monitors for malicious activity and unauthorized behavior.

Accolent ERP Backup Options
Accolent ERP automatically stores a rolling 30 days of RDS server snapshots. Taking and saving these snapshots automatically is included in the Accolent ERP base subscription fee. From these snapshots we can restore a database to its state as of the date of any of these snapshots. Depending on the requirements, we may charge for the services to restore from these snapshots and mount to a new database.
In addition, Accolent ERP allows a user to create and keep additional backups beyond these 30 days of snapshots. All user created backups are stored in the user’s secure folder in AWS S3. AWS S3 is designed for 99.999999999% (11 9's) of durability, and stores data for millions of applications for companies all around the world. If a user needs access to a stored backup, ADS Solutions can restore that database backup upon request. Accolent ERP also displays all user created backups and allows the user to delete old backups as needed, giving users complete control of their data.
