The Accolent ERP Help Wiki is a searchable database containing help documentation related to software functionality. This is presented as easy to follow how-to articles complete with screenshots. This should be the first place to look if you have a question.

Accolent ERP Support Center

Accolent ERP Support Center is a Cloud-based support ticket system powered by Jira Service Desk. You should already have received an invitation by email from Accolent ERP Support Center asking you to log on and create your password. If you did not receive an email invitation, please contact ADS Solutions. From the Accolent ERP Support Center, you can enter a support ticket or check the status of existing tickets.

The password-protected Customer Zone provides you with help documentation, training videos, and manuals for Accolent ERP.


Resources for Advantage Users

Advantage Support Center

The Advantage Support Center will require you to log in using your customer ID and password. The Advantage Support Center password is the password provided you by ADS Solutions. Once logged in to the Advantage Support Center you will be able to enter new support tickets and check on existing support tickets.

Note that the Advantage Support Center is now the same as the Accolent ERP Support Center.
