How is Accolent ERP Pricing set?
Accolent ERP is offered through annual or multi-year Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) contracts.
- A SaaS contract specifies an annual subscription fee and includes:
- Access to the software,
- Maintenance and upgrades for the software,
- Access to and Maintenance of the Accolent ERP Cloud Platform built in the AWS Public Cloud, and
- Customer support for the software.
- The cost of a SaaS contract is made up of:
- A base platform fee for the core software,
- Fees for optional modules not included with core software, and
- A fee based on the number of users.
- Optional modules may include integrations with third-party software solutions that have their own subscription fees for the use of the third-party software.
- At any time, optional modules or additional users may be added to the subscription.
- There is also a one-time implementation fee for setup of the Accolent ERP software for new users.
