- Spec out a restaurant’s needs and create a project in AutoQuotes
- Download the quote as a CSV file and do a one-click import into Accolent ERP
- The Accolent ERP Import automatically finds or creates the vendors in the Accolent database, automatically finds or creates the products and then creates the quote in Accolent
- The quote can then be printed and/or automatically emailed to the customer from Accolent using the email/fax defaults set up
- When accepted by the customer, the quote can be moved to an order and POs created automatically in Accolent ERP and linked as special orders
- When notified of the drop ship delivery, notionally receive the PO and the system automatically moves the backorder and prompts for invoicing the customer
