Email integration with Accolent ERP allows users to send and receive transactional emails directly in Accolent ERP. Works across email platforms and can support SMTP, POP and IMAP protocols. Emails sent from Accolent ERP are delivered through the user’s email address and automatically update the user’s sent folders in Gmail or Outlook. Emails coming into Gmail or Outlook can be sync’ed to be also logged in Accolent ERP. Sent and received emails stored in Accolent ERP are organized by Customer, Prospect or Vendor, allowing the whole conversation history to be easily viewed.
Send Emails from Accolent ERP
Send transactional emails from Accolent ERP directly from user’s Gmail or Outlook email address, eliminating the need to switch out of the ERP application.
- Send emails through user’s configured email address
- Automatically update user’s sent folder in Gmail or Outlook
