3A. Populate Templates from Reports (Optional)
If your IT Personnel are unable to populate the CSV templates we can take on some of this for you. Using AI tools our data team may be able to use reports from your old system to populate the CSV templates. Any missing data elements can then be defaulted.
With this approach the data may be entered into the system and then be distributed to your functional teams to verify and either update any records or identify which records need to be modified and we can do this for you.
There are additional charges if this option is selected.
4. Import Data into Accolent ERP
Once templates are completed, our team imports the data into Accolent ERP using built-in utilities that check for formatting errors, missing values, and duplicate records.
5. Correct Exceptions and Re-Import
If the import process identifies issues, those exceptions can be corrected and re-imported quickly.
6. Verify Data Before Go-Live
During pre-live testing, your team reviews converted records to confirm accuracy before launch.
Setup of Value Lists and Reference Tables
Before importing core records, some supporting tables may need to be created first. These often include:
- Product groups
- Categories
- Sub-categories
